Although the two families are closely intertwined with many threads, irreconcilable differences lead to a complete break. The constant tension that results from this inevitably leads to tragedy. Thanks to Magda Szabó's storytelling genius, we can learn about the events of the past and the present from the perspective of each of the main characters. Piroska Molnár's excellent performance helps to unravel the tangle of family and emotional threads, and makes Magda Szabó's beautiful text even more enjoyable.
